Operationalisation of SHE-LEAPS by Ministry of Rural Development

The Ministry of Rural Development has launched the Self-Help Entrepreneur-Livelihoods and Enterprise Application for Prosperity and Sustainability (SHE-LEAPS), designed to monitor Self Help Group (SHG) enterprises across India. The application, operational since July 2026, uses the LokOS digital platform to support data capture and management for SHG entrepreneurs under DAY-NRLM. It facilitates the registration and monitoring of enterprises in all states and territories and has seen significant growth in enterprise numbers across various states, particularly in Karnataka.
