Tripura
Tripura has been declared fully literate under the ULLAS – Nav Bharat Saaksharta Karyakram, becoming the third state in India to achieve this milestone with a literacy rate of 95.6%. The Chief Minister, Prof. (Dr.) Manik Saha, credited the success to the ULLAS program and the efforts of community stakeholders.

The Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) intercepted a vehicle in Tripura, seizing 7 kg of methamphetamine tablets valued at Rs. 7 crore. Two individuals were arrested in connection with the smuggling operation. This seizure is part of DRI's ongoing efforts to combat drug trafficking in the North East
