Key schemes such as the Pradhan Mantri Kisan SAMPADA Yojana, Production Linked Incentive Scheme for Food Processing Industry, and Pradhan Mantri Formalization of Micro Food Processing Enterprises are being implemented to develop and expand jaggery processing infrastructure nationwide. These initiatives aim to comply with national and international food safety standards while promoting local industry via the 'One District One Product' approach.
