Nyaya Setu AI Chatbot and Mascot 'DISHIKA' Unveiled at DISHA Programme

Nyaya Setu, a voice-first AI-powered legal assistant, was launched alongside its mascot "Dishika" at the DISHA programme. The chatbot aims to democratise access to justice by providing multilingual support for understanding legal processes. Developed by the Digital India BHASHINI Division, it uses a comprehensive voice stack with technologies like Automatic Speech Recognition and multilingual NLP. During the event, the BHASHINI platform showcased real-time multilingual translation, enhancing accessibility and audience participation. BHASHINI is India's initiative under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology to provide multilingual AI capabilities across various languages.
