Vandana Gupta, the Controller General of Communication Accounts, unveiled the second edition of the 'Thematic Compendium on Revenue Related Orders and Clarifications' at the Eastern Zone Review Meeting held at NCA-F, Ghitorni. This edition aims to enhance the clarity and transparency in revenue administration by systematically organizing information into four key areas: Spectrum Usage Charge, License Fee, Bank Guarantee, and Court Matters/Miscellaneous.
